I knew Arthur from the first day he started at Royal Oaks. A kind and caring man. In addition to professional sports, Arthur was a huge college sports fan. He became a Baylor basketball fan while both of my sons were at Baylor. One of my favorite memories of Arthur is taking him down to Waco for a Baylor game against Kansas State. We had a great day, and I know Arthur really enjoyed it. Baylor won – – and I’m pretty sure they covered the spread —- which was also very important to Arthur!
