Arthur Marion Songer's Obituary
Born July 9, 1945 in Paris, TX and passed away January 19, 2009 in San Antonio, TX. He was preceded in death by his wife, Amy Diane Collins Songer; siblings, Carl Songer, Joyce and James Merritt; parents, Hubert Arthur Songer and Syble Wilhite Songer. Marion is survived by his daughters, Michelle Spence and husband, Chad, Allison Davis and husband, Scotty; son, Joshua Songer and fiancee, Kelly Watson; grandchildren, Amy Beth, Collin and Emily Spence; special friend, Oralia Trevino; siblings, Elaine Kennedy and Dever, Margie Skidmore, Ed Songer and Vicki, Kenneth Songer and Helen, Connie Sue Dagley and Don, Kathy Garrett and Lee, Louise Michell and Jim, Sheila Pitts and Harold, Carolyn Songer; in-laws, Amy Collins, Randy and Dana Neugebauer, Lyndon and Beth Collins; and numerous nieces and nephews. Services will be held at 1:00PM, Thursday, January 22, 2009, at Saturn Road Church of Christ, 3030 Saturn Road, Garland, Tx 75041-2880. Visitation will be from 6-8PM, Wednesday, January 21 at Restland Funeral Home .
