Arthur is survived by his mother and father, Bessie and Joy Turner; brother, Michael Turner, sister, Joyce Ann Smith and 2 nieces, Kimberla Sharial Turner and Kendle Joyell Smith. Visitation will be 6:00 – 8:00 PM, Tuesday, September 1, 2009 at Restland Funeral Home. Service will be 11:00 AM, Wednesday, September 2, 2009 at Faith Missionary Baptist Church, 6710 Garner Road, Rowlett, TX 75088.
