Arthur Clayton (Clay) Williams II's Obituary
Arthur Clayton (Clay) Williams II passed away peacefully at Medical City Heart Center Dallas Texas on December 28, 2021. He was born February 9th in Springfield MO but ultimately made his home in the Dallas area where he leaves his loved ones with unforgettable memories and wonderful stories of his rich and full life. He will be sincerely missed by his loving family, devoted friends, and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved him.
There are so many ways to describe Clay including Son, Brother, Friend, Pup Dad, Uncle, Husband and Partner. He was a Groomer and taught it as well. He was an advisor about animal’s behavior, health, and breeding; he trained, showed, and judged all around the country for dogs, cats and pigeon shows.
He loved good food and enjoyed nothing more than sitting around a great meal (many of which he prepared himself) telling wonderful stories about his daily adventures in the “dog world”.
He is preceded in death by his wife of almost 20 years Deborah (Debbie) Ann Williams. He is survived by his sisters Gerri Chadwell and Denise Monaghan and their families, his sisters in law Sharon Moore and Cynthia Eden and their families, his partner Ken Conner and hundreds of friends and associates all across the country.
Clay will be laid to rest on Monday September 12th at 1:30 pm and Restland Memorial Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations should be made to Take the Lead Foundation PO Box 6353 , Watertown, NY 13601, www.takethelead.org
