Preceded in death by brother Robert Smith Jr., daughter Cheryl Hargis & son James Rich. Survived by sister Jean Gitcho, son Richard Redd & wife Cindy, daughters Linda Richardson & husband Dave, Cathy Rhea & husband Paul, Peggy McLeod & husband Bobby, 11 grand children, 10 great-grand children & 3 great-great grand children. Service: 3:30 p.m. Saturday, July 24 at Restland.
