Arturo was an inspiration, mentor, and dear friend to my husband, Tony Mekhjian who passed away in 2018. Arturo hired Tony for his job in the public works department for the City of Dallas. Tony was always grateful for Arturo giving him the opportunity to work as a civil engineer and believing in him. We were blessed to know Arturo and Cindy and his family at City of Dallas Department parties, especially at Christmas. Arturo was a true friend who lived his Christian faith being an example of Christ's love. He will always hold a loving place in our memories. We thank God for his being a part of our lives. Soar with the angels, Arturo, and give Tony a hug and hello from me. Joyce Pinter Mekhjian
Arturo was a great man and model to many of in his walk with God, his constant smile and his care for others. He will be missed on this earth, but he is celebrating with Jesus right now! Well done, good and faithful servant!
