Polly was born on 10/15/1917 in Dallas, TX and passed away 12/06/2008. She was preceded in death by her husband, J.W. Childress and only sister, Janice Rush. Polly is survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Family services were held Sunday, December 7, 2008 at Restland Funeral Home.
