Audra Elaine Bradley Kalifa's Obituary
Audra Elaine Bradley Kalifa passed away on Saturday, March 28, in Anna, Texas, leaving behind a profound emptiness in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
Born on May 22, 1998, in Dallas, Texas, to Joshua Wayne Bradley and Linda Ann “Annie” Hatzenbuehler, Audra brought light and joy into the world from the very beginning. She was known for her radiant spirit, her boundless curiosity, and the deep love she carried for her family, friends, and all living things. Whether she was caring for her beloved animals, nurturing plants, or exploring her passions for music, dance, fashion, and culture, Audra embraced life with enthusiasm and wonder. Her beautiful voice, warm laughter, and ever-present smile could brighten even the darkest day.
Audra graduated from Naaman Forest High School in Garland, Texas, where she was honored as Miss All Naaman Forest her senior year in 2016—a reflection of the kindness, grace, and vibrant personality that made her so cherished by her peers and teachers alike.
Above all, Audra was a devoted wife, a loving daughter, and a fiercely loyal friend. She found joy in the simple and meaningful moments—cooking, learning new languages, playing guitar, singing, and dancing as if no one was watching. She had a courageous spirit and a zest for adventure, whether horseback riding, riding motorcycles, or even flying a plane. Though small in stature, she possessed a strength and fearlessness that inspired those around her. Audra met life head-on, with determination, compassion, and a heart full of love.
She had a rare gift for making people feel seen, valued, and loved. Her gentle voice, kind soul, and unwavering support will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
Audra is survived by her loving husband, Enrique “Rick” Kalifa Jr.; her bonus-children, Marque Kalifa, Erick Kalifa (D’jenice), Quentin Howery (Jordan), and Grace Swann (William); and her cherished bonus-grandchildren, Lou, Axel, Jacoby, Emery, and Liam. She is also survived by her father and step-mother, Joshua and Tracey Bradley of Garland, Texas; her mother and bonus-dad, Annie and Rick Phelan of Sachse, Texas; her siblings, Jacob Cottingham (Karina), Kirsten DeLoach (Ethan Stover), Joshua D. Bradley, Ellie Phelan, and Emmy Phelan; her grandparents, Greg and Jan Bradley, Janie Hatzenbuehler, and Keith and Kathleen Graham; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends who will carry her memory in their hearts.
A visitation will be held on Monday, April 6, from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Restland Funeral Home.
A celebration of Audra’s beautiful life will be held in the Memorial Chapel at Restland Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 7, at 10:30 a.m.
