Augustine Loza III's Obituary
LOZA III, AUGUSTINE “AUGIE”, age 49 of Dallas, passed away in the evening hours of January 8, 2007 after a brief battle with cancer. He was born in Dallas to Augustine Loza Jr. and Rosa Olivo on April 3, 1957. Augie graduated from North Mesquite High School in 1976 and then began his career as an electrician and 27 year membership to the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, local union #20. Mr. Loza is survived by his parents; one brother, Ruben Montemayor Jr., and wife Mary; three sisters, Rose Mary Mack, and husband John, Jennifer Hanson, and husband Tom, and Maria Dolores Mack; four nephews, Christopher James Montemayor, Daniel De La Paz, and Fernando and Bryan Longoria; three nieces, Sara and Shannon Hanson and Carlotta Mack; two great-nieces, Ariana and Olivia Montemayor; and one great-nephew, Steven Rieser Jr. Augie was always helpful to his family, friends, and fellow electricians and will be loved and missed by all who knew him. A rosary service for Mr. Loza will be held at 7:00 P.M. in the Memorial Chapel of Restland Funeral Home on Thursday, January 11, 2007. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 P.M. in the Memorial Chapel of Restland on Friday, January 12, 2007.
