Billings, Augustus was born on November 5, 1929 in Choctaw County, Oklahoma and passed away on October 9, 2013 in Dallas, Texas. He had a long-time association with Tuggle Burton and Co. Augustus is preceded in death by Charles Augustus Billings, Pauline Billings Davis, and Charles Billings. He is survived by his wife, Mary Sue Billings; siblings, Pauline Stout, Paula Massengale, Phyllis Massengale, Jack Massengale, and Paul Massengale. Visitation will be from 2:00 to 4:00 PM in Sunday, October 13, 2013 at Restland Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 12:30 PM on Monday, October 14, 2013 at Restland Wildwood Chapel. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, October 15, 2013 at Restland Cemetery in Boswell, Oklahoma.
