Ava "Aileen" Paul's Obituary
Ava “Aileen” Paul, 96 of Dallas, Texas passed away on October 5, 2017, in Mesquite, Texas. She was born on August 1, 1921, to Ben F. Boyles and Ada Chance Boyles in Days, Mississippi. She married F.M. “Mack” Paul on January 6, 1940, in Yazoo City, Mississippi. Her first career was a pediatric nurse in Shreveport, Louisiana, and in Dallas, Texas. Later in life, she was a costume director for all live shows at all the parks of Six Flags, Inc. She is preceded in death by her husband, F.M “Mack Paul; sister, Edna Skipper and brothers, William Miller & Homer Lee Boyles. She leaves to cherish her memory son, Lee & wife, Stephanie Paul of Rowlett, Texas; grandchildren, Blake Paul, Ryan Paul and Cameron Paul; niece Dolly and her husband, Gary Brown along with several other nieces and nephews. Aileen was a longtime faithful member of the Church of Christ and proud to be the wife of an elder who served for thirty-nine years. A celebration of Ava ‘s life will be held on Wednesday, October 11, 2017, at 10:00 AM in The Wildwood Chapel at Restland Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in her memory to Christian Care Senior Living, 900 Wiggins Pkwy, Mesquite, Texas, 75150 or Dallas Christian School, 1515 Republic Pkwy, Mesquite, Texas, 75150.
