Mrs. Barbara Jane Drake, age 91, passed away on Monday, July 11, 2022, in Dallas, Texas. She was born to Mr. Robert Potter and Ms. Margaret Scherer on Friday, June 5, 1931, in Washington, District of Columbia. She married Joe Drake on May 26, 1951. Barbara married her soulmate in the Cox Chapel at SMU in 1951. She was dedicated to her church - Walnut Hill United Methodist and family, friends, traveling, cooking and entertaining her bookclub.
