Dick and I shared many happy and resourceful times with Barbara as fellow committee co-chairs in Seniors Active in Learning (SAIL) at Collin College. We were also avid learners as students in the many classes she taught. We will always remember her wry comments, willingness to help, joy in reading, and genuineness in all matters. And best of all, her friendship.

Barbara and Jim were our dear neighbors and church friends for 25 years. Our kids adored both of them and we all send our condolences to the family. We rejoice knowing they are with each other in God's presence.
