Barbara Ruth Gray's Obituary
Barbara Ruth Gray was a beautiful wife, mother, grandmother, sister, daughter and friend. She went to be with the Lord on June 11th, 2022 at the age of 65.
She was born to Virginia and TC Gray on January 11th, 1957. She lived in Richardson, Texas growing up. Barbara attended Richardson high school and graduated in 1975.
Barbara loved the Lord and her family first and foremost above all things. She loved making meals and having all the neighborhood kids over for a fun and wholesome time. She had a traditional lifestyle of taking care of her home and family. But if needed, she wasn’t afraid to put in some work and do some bookkeeping and accounting, which was a great skillset of hers.
Pure joy permeated from her spirit when speaking about her sons, their families and their accomplishments. Her legacy and lineage of love and joy is lived on through her family. She is survived by her husband James Hounsel, her two adult sons, Austin Ledesma and Jason Finney, as well as her six beautiful grandchildren and a sister Donna Ryan.
Her celebration of life is scheduled for 3 pm on August 6, 2022 at 11706 Alexandria Dr. Frisco, TX 75035. In lieu of flowers, please donate to your favorite charity.
