Barbara Joan Keller's Obituary
McKEEVER, BARBARA (BOBBIE) JOAN SMITH KELLER 75, of Summerfield, FL, formerly of Greenwich and Ridgefield, CT, died peacefully on December 29, 2009. Born on January 8, 1934 in Greenwich, CT to Edward and Carolyn (Bridge) Smith. Bobbie graduated from Greenwich High School in 1953. She worked in banking as well as accounting for several small businesses. She enjoyed gardening and bowling. She leaves behind her husband Boyd Keller of Summerfield, FL; three devoted children, Wayne McKeever of Groveland, FL, Cindy Johnson of Boulder, CO, John McKeever of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; sons-in-law Brad Johnson and Delmar Achuff; four grandchildren: Jenee Wright of Boulder, CO, Michael Wright of Boulder, CO, Christian McKeever of Dickson, TN, Kerry McKeever of Tampa, FL. Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Carolyn Smith of Greenwich, CT; her brother, Edward Smith of Greenwich, CT; her sister, Marilyn Danks of FL. Services will be held at 12:00PM, Tuesday, January 5, 2010 at Restland Abbey Chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or Hospice of Marion County, FL Tuscany House.
