Barbara Jean McCann's Obituary
MCCANN, BARBARA JEAN NOLD Born December 4, 1938 in Little Rock, AR and passed away June 25, 2012 in Mesquite, TX. She was preceded in death by her parents, John Nold and Aileen Walker; son, Kenneth Ray Darr. Barbara is survived by her daughter, Deborah Sue (Darr) Toms; son, James Edward Darr; daughter-in-law, Ronda L. Darr; stepmother, Leona Nold; granddaughters, Kristy Renae Darr and Amanda Marie Toms; grandson, Brandon Lamont Darr; great grandchildren, Jada Leigh Salgado and Lucas Matthew Retta Siblings, Michial Nold, Carol Finch, Philip Nold and Cathy Zacharias; and a slew of nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends on Friday, June 29, 2012 from 6:00- 8:00 PM at Restland Funeral Home. Service will be held on Saturday, June 30, 2012 at 12:30 PM at Restland Wildwood Chapel. Interment immediately following the service. In lieu of flowers memorial may be made to Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation. Barbara was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, daughter, sister and friend. She worked for the City of Dallas Police & Fire Pension Fund for 39 years. Barbara was a member of the Caring Hearts Bible Class @ First Baptist Church of Meadowview.
