Pickens, Barbara Ellen was born on February 4, 1927 in Providence, RI and passed away on April 26, 2012 in Richardson, TX. She was preceded in death by her parents, John S. and Berta Brookfield. Barbara was survived by son, Jeffery Scott Pickens and wife Jan; daughter, Kathleen M. Pickens; son, Myron A. Pickens and wife Debbie; son, Michael J. Pickens; son, James A. Pickens; 13 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; brother, John Brookfield and wife Mary; and 2 nieces. Graveside service will be 10:00am Tuesday, May 1, 2012 at Restland Memorial Park. You were a very loving and caring mother and will be missed greatly.
