Barbara Jean Tulloch of Richardson, Texas passed away on December 22, 2020 in Richardson, Texas of natural causes. She was born on February 9, 1938 to John David Hall and Gertrude Lorene Hall in Prescott, Arizona. She was the greatest wife, mom, and grandmother (MeMe) as long as any can remember. Barbara is survived by her sons, William Keith Tulloch of Lavon, Texas, Brian Hall Tulloch of Richardson, Texas, Victor Lee Tulloch of Richardson, Texas, and David Darrell Tulloch of Waco, Texas; sister, Janice Bussey; brother, Raleigh Hall; and 5 grandchildren, April Rae Tulloch, Amanda Paige Tulloch, Ashley Nicole Tulloch, William Lee Tulloch and Taylor Michelle Tulloch.
