Barbara Elaine Weir's Obituary
Barbara Elaine Weir of Flower Mound, TX, was born on January 5th, 1958, at Sculthorpe Air Force Base in England to parents Johnnie C. Lee and Ann J. Long. She was raised with her three siblings, moving with her father's airforce position across several countries and states before settling in Texas and eventually the Dallas area, where she met her husband, Tim Weir. The couple was married on August 14th of 1982 and, in the following years, welcomed their beloved children Kristen and Timothy. Barbara was a friend to all she encountered and chose a career in home sales, excelling as an advisor to those making life decisions with unrivaled compassion and dedication. Barbara shared a love for music, especially going to concerts with her family and friends, and while her husband may have brought her to like a little country, her heart was in rock.
Barbara had a passion for traveling and adventure and took pleasure in planning and taking others along on vacations. Throughout the travels, she cherished creating lasting memories with her children and family members. Through all things, Barbara was a guiding light, selfless, and truly someone anyone could count on (and they did). She was the best mother to not just her kids but their friends and significant others. A loving wife, trusted daughter, and responsible, caring sister- Barbara filled each role with grace, and her presence is undoubtedly missed. Barbara is preceded in death by her loving husband Tim Weir, her parents Johnnie Cecil Lee and Ann J. Long, and her sister Linda Cloyd.
She is survived by her cherished children- daughter Kristen (Kris) Ann Weir and her significant other Crispen Breslin, son Timothy Alexander Weir and his significant other Heather Sanchez, her twin sister Deborah Mignone, brother John Lee, niece- Liz Cloyd, nephews- J.R. Cloyd, Christopher Mignone, Micheal Mignone, Jonathan Lee and two very special fur babies Jagger and Tokyo.
