Barbara Wetter's Obituary
Barbara Cohen Wetter, age 78, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on February 12, 2017. Preceded in death by parents Oscar and Flora Mae Brantley, two infant children Gerard and Lesleigh Cohen and husbands Lester Cohen, Marvin “Smokey” Montgomery and Joel Hunt. She was happiest at her country home in DalArk Arkansas and when travelling to exotic locations. She loved to laugh, listen to bluegrass music, and spend time with family and friends. Barbara is survived by three daughters, Sharilyn Cohen, Deborah Aissaoui and Theresa Kennedy, two brothers Charles and Robert Brantley and two sons-in-law Dan Kennedy and Abdul Aissaoui. She also leaves four grandchildren Justin and Amber Snell, Clint Trout and Jennifer Harvey and three great grand children. The family will receive family and friends 6:00 to 8:00pm Thursday, February 16 at Restland Funeral Home in Dallas. Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 17 in the Wildwood Chapel at Restland Funeral Home in Dallas. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America or charity of your choice. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted into Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, Texas, 75243.
