Beatrice Escobedo Hernandez was born on November 20, 1924 in Harlingen, Texas and passed away on April 14, 2015 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Preceded in death by her husband, Guadalupe Cavazos Hernandez and her son, Guadalupe Hernandez, Jr. Survived by five sons and two daughters: Mary Stout and her husband, Paul Stout, Joe Hernandez and his spouse, Darla, Johnny Hernandez and his spouse, Valerie, Poncho Hernandez and his spouse, Nora, Roy Hernandez and his spouse, Rosa Alicia, Christy Sanchez and her spouse, Joe, and Lupe Hernandez, Jr. and his spouse, Elida, 26 grandchildren, 48 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great, grandchildren. Family will receive friends and family on Thursday, April 16, 2015, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Restland Funeral Home. Flowers may be sent to Restland Funeral Home at 13005 Greenville Ave., Dallas, Texas 75243. Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 PM Friday, April 17, 2015 in The Wildwood Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. The Hernandez family wishes to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. We also wish to thank the Westbrook Nursing Home for their wonderful care of our beloved mother these past couple of years. She has gone to join our father and brother with our lord savior and she will be greatly missed.
