Beatrice Morton's Obituary
Morton, Beatrice, born March 22, 1920 in Wizard Wells, Texas. Passed away in Dallas, Texas on January 26, 2010. Preceded in death by her husband, Blaine Morton, daughters, Glenda Maupin, Elaine Stubblefield; sisters, Maureen Clerihew and Christine Nelson. She is survived by her son, Ron Morton and wife, Gaye; grandchildren, Debbie Maupin, Mike Stubblefield, Kristen Stubblefield and Kristen Norvet; great granddaughter, Gretchen Stubblefield; brother, Guinn Campsey and wife, Laura Beth; nephew, Blane Thaker and wife, Sheryl. Beatrice grew up in Jacksboro, Texas, then moved to Dallas with Blaine, in the early years of their marriage. Beatrice, known to some as Johnnie, lived a life marked by goodness and goodwill. We will always remember her loving care and nurturing support for family and friends. We will miss her kindhearted spirit and quick wit. Special thangs are extended to her dear and constant companions, Melissa Gharevb and Gloria Loud. Also, to the services and care provided by Sunrise Assisted Living and Faith Hospice. Services are scheduled for 12:00 p.m., Saturday, January 30, 2010, at Restland’s Abbey Chapel. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Faith Presbyterian Hospice, 6100 Colwell Boulevard, Irving, Texas 75039.
