Elaine is survived by 2 daughters, Becky Rader and Missy Lemmon and husband Terry; 2 sons, Dan Howe and Larry Howe and wife Holly; 4 grandchildren: Doyle Rader, Michael Winspear, Torin Howe and Conner Howe; 6 step grandchildren; 6 step great-great grandchildren; 2 nieces and numerous cousins. Services will be held at 3:00PM, Saturday, July 25, 2009 at Restland Wildwood Chapel.
