She was preceded in death by her infant son, Michael; mother, Elsie Crowley; step-father, Sam Crowley; father, J.C. Wilkins. Belinda is survived by her husband, Bobby Holley; daughter, Amanda Holley; sister, Mary Walker and various, nephews and nieces. The family will receive friends from 3:00 to 5:00 PM, Sunday, April 9, 2017 at Restland Funeral Home. The funeral service for Belinda Holley will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, April 10, 2017 in the Memorial Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75243.
