Bernice Jackson was born January 9, 1923 in Mexia, Texas and passed away September 24, 2014 in Corpus Christi, Texas. Preceded in death by her husband, Douglas R. Jackson and son, Ron Jackson. She is survived by her daughters, Ricki Whittle (Bill Whittle) of Corpus Christi, TX, Randi Jackson of Colorado Springs; 8 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. The visitation for Bernice Jackson will be from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Tuesday, September 30, 2014 at Restland Funeral Home. The service for Bernice Jackson will be held on October 1, 2014 at 9:30 AM at The Abbey Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75238.
