Bette Vivian Taylor's Obituary
Bette Taylor was born May 20, 1923, in Crystal, Michigan and passed away on March 28, 2017, in Richardson, Texas. She was preceded in death by her husband, of 61 years Ralph D. Taylor; parents, John and Wreatha Ward; sisters, Gertrude Needham and Joyce Sandmeyer. Bette is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Winona and Jerry Parish; granddaughter, Jennifer and husband Rick Haub; great-grandson, Brandon Haub; great-granddaughter, Aubrey Haub; sister, Pauline Baur and many nieces and nephews. Bette served in the U.S Navy W.A.V.E.S. during World War II and she was a charter member of the Women’s Memorial in Washington, DC. Service for Bette will be held on Tuesday, April 4, 2017, at 10:30 AM at The Messiah Lutheran Church located at 1801 W Plano Pkwy, Plano, TX 75075. Burial at 2:00 PM at DFW National Cemetery.
