Bettie Lou Henard's Obituary
Bettie Lou Henard, 90 years young of Garland, Texas, passed away on September 12, 2018, in Dallas, Texas. She was born on October 19, 1927, to Clyde and Leona Hargrove in Carnegie, Oklahoma. She married J.D. Henard in 1944 in Beebe, Arkansas. She was a homemaker and worked for Safeway Inc. Bettie is survived by her six children; sons, Randy Henard, Mickey Henard, Jay Henard, Carl Henard, Tony Henard, and only daughter, Janis Hodges. She is also survived by her thirteen grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, and ten great-great-grandchildren. Bettie is preceded in death by her parents, Clyde Hargrove and Leona Hargrove Henard; her siblings, Dorothy Perciful, Tommy Hargrove, and Helen Price. The family will receive guests on Friday, September 14, 2018, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 15, 2018, at 2:30 PM in The Memorial Chapel at Restland Funeral Home.
