Betty Allene Barnes was born on May 24, 1916 in Rockwall, Texas and passed away on September 30, 2014 in Dallas, Texas. She is preceded in death by her husband, Frank L. Barnes; brother, Thomas Hugh Keahey and his wife, Gladys; sister, Mary Lou Dillard and her husband, Guy Conway Dillard; and her parents, Grace and Thomas Keahey. Betty is survived by her daughter, Mary Ann Allen and husband, Howard of Bellevue, Washington; their children, Paula Allen of New York City, Ryan Allen and wife Sheila, their daughters, Thea and Brigitte of Mercer Island, Washington; son, Tom Barnes and wife, Elizabeth of Dallas, Texas. The visitation for Betty will be from 5:00 to 8:00 PM on Sunday, September 05, 2014 at Restland Funeral Home. The funeral service for Betty will be at 11:00 AM on Monday, September 06, 2014 at Lovers Lane United Methodist Church in the Thomas Shipp Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Scottish Rite Hospital.
