I had the oppurtunity to meet Granny Betty several times. Right now I am at a loss for words…Its hard when you dont find out someone has passed on until you start investigating because thier phone is disconnected. My father in law Roger Bednar passed away March 15th and we tried to contact Betty to let her know that her step son had passed away only to find that she could not be reached. I am disturbed by the fact that her family did not contact any of us.I know Betty had our numbers because Roger had hers saved in his phone and i know they did keep in touch. We are also listed one call to information was all it would have taken…..Granny Betty was loved by her family here in Pittsburg and I guess her and her son Roger are together now in heaven. Just wish we could have found out diifrently, a phone called would have been better. I'll pray for you.
Over all the years we've known you grandma betty, we watched you put everyone else's needs before your own. You're such an awesome woman. We will always cherish the times we had with you. You will be greatly missed.

What a wonderful caring woman. She spent the majority of her life caring for others. She will be missed by so many of us left behind.
