CARTER, BETTY CROUCH 82, of Carrollton, TX passed away on 11/04/2011. She was born in Dallas to Carey and Claytie Crouch. She attended Woodrow Wilson High School and Baylor University. Longtime member of Prestonwood Baptist Church. Survived by her children Carey (Donna) Carter of Dallas, Barbara (Terry) Ratcliff of Spokane, WA and Janet (Kipp) Schwarz of Wichita, KS; 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by husband of 40 years Billy Carter; siblings Caren Trabue, Trudy Roddy and James Crouch.
