ALLEN,TX- Clark, Betty, 89, was born to parents, Virgil Gains Steen and Merle Potts on July 10, 1928 in Plano, Texas. She passed away on April 2, 2018 in Allen, Texas. The family requests that visiting hours be observed at Restland Funeral Home, in the Memorial Chapel, at 11:30 am on Friday, April 6, 2018. The funeral service will follow at 12:30 pm in the Wildwood Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends and all who knew and loved her.Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Cemetery, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75243, (972-238-7111).
