Betty is survived by her daughter, Debbie Purvis and husband Jeff; grandsons, Carl Birney and James Birney; great-granddaughter, Kaylee Birney and mother Kristen Birney; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Josh Lewis and Ora Bell Graem; and husband, Willie C. Clifton.
