Betty Marie Edwards' Obituary
Betty Edwards of Dallas, Texas went to be with her lord and savior June 16, 2019. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and stepmother. Family was the most important thing in life to her.Betty was born in Hutchins, Texas. At the age of eleven her family relocated to Dallas where she resided until her death.Betty worked in the Industrial Sales Business all of her adult life. She worked for Kaymac Paper Company for seventeen years and for Apollo Paper Company for twenty-seven years as a sales representative. She had a very successful career in sales.Betty is preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Edwards; parents, James W and Jesse Ann Childress; three brothers and three sisters. She is survived by her daughters, Jacquelyn South and husband Sam, Shannon Nixon and husband Daniel; three grandchildren, Ashley Urman and husband Edward, Jordan Nixon and wife Marina, Hannah Heidrich and husband Marc and two great grandchildren. She is also survived by her three step children, Darla Bunch and husband Ronnie, Glen Edwards and wife Denise, Ronda Russell and husband Brent and several step grandchildren.Visitation will be held at 11:30 am on Thursday, June 20, 2019 in Restland Wildwood Chapel. Funeral services for Betty will be held on Thursday, June 20, 2019 16, 2019 at 12:30 pm at Restland Wildwood Chapel located at 13005 Greenville Ave., Dallas, Texas 75243.
