Betty Jo Fabert's Obituary
FABERT, BETTY JO, passed away peacefully on July 17, 2007 in Dallas, at the age of 74 after a long and courageous battle with Parkinson’s disease. Her family was by her side. She was born in Mineral Springs, AR on Oct 16, 1932 to Rubert Hale and Cosy Hollinger Burke Hale. She graduated from Texarkana High School, 1950. She was a stay-at-home mom, a professional in the petroleum and chemical industries and then a world traveler for the rest of her active days. She was a generous person, always willing to give to her friends and family. She will be remembered as one with a contagious smile and a wonderful sense of humor. She was a member of the Retired Military Personnel Association (RMPA) of Fort Worth and a member of the Red Hatters Society. She was married to Rhodney Stinson for 21 years and then to Marvin Fabert for 29 years. She is survived by her children; Richard Stinson and wife Angelika of Houston, Sheri Beach and husband Brock of Dallas, Scott Stinson and wife Julie of Pilot Point, and Mark Fabert and wife Kerri of Fort Worth; and grandchildren respectively; Julia Stinson, Hunter Beach, Taylor Beach, Ryan Stinson, Taryn Stinson, Kimberly Fabert, Andria Fabert and Leslie Fabert. Thank God he gave you to us. Your love will continue in our hearts forever. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, July 20th at First United Methodist Church of Richardson. Reception immediately following in the church’s welcome center. Donations may be made to the Parkinson’s Disease Foundation or charity of choice.
