Betty was my neighbor on Prestoncrest Lane. As a young girl, I always enjoyed going over to see her and even took painting lessons from her. She took “neighboring” seriously and made such a positive impact on my life. When she moved, she was dearly missed. I am so thankful for her! May God bless those she left behind.
