Gann, Betty Jo was born on May 23, 1934 in Terrell, Texas and passed away December 12, 2015 in Rockwall, Texas. Preceded in death by Cecial L. Gann, Jr. (husband) and parents Tom and Bertie Jacobs. Survived by daughter Gail Pannell and Doug Kelly, son; Sonny Gann and wife Pati Gann, grandchildren; Melissa, Krystal, Jason, and Rhonda, great grandchildren; Rylee and Reed, Allyson and Edyn; brothers, Tommy Jacobs and Bill Jacobs. Visitation will be held on Monday, December 14, 2015 from 6:00- 8:00 PM at Restland Funeral Home. Service will be held on Tuesday, December 15, 2015 at 12:30 PM at the Wildwood Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Highland Meadows Activity Fund, 1870 South John King Blvd. Rockwall, Texas 75032.
