Betty Dorris Johnson's Obituary
JOHNSON, BETTY DORRIS BARNETT Born in Dallas, TX on July 2, 1925 and passed away in Austin, TX on June 19, 2012. She was preceded in death by her father, Charles A. Barnett, Sr., her mother, Helena Dorris Baker Barnett, her husband, Bruce David Johnson, Sr. and Ivan Garth Johnson. She is survived by sister, Mary Katherine Daeschner, her brother, Charles A. Barnett, Jr., her five children: Bruce David Johnson, Jr., Dorris Estellene West, Carolyn Jane Quick, Marianne Grace McIntyre and Michael Van Johnson. Betty was also the proud grandmother of fourteen, and great-grandmother of six. Memorial services will be held on June 22, 2012 at 10:30AM in the Ellis Chapel of the Park Cities Baptist Church in Dallas, TX. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Operation Kindness.
