Betty Ann Mayfield, 81, a loving wife and mother passed away March 5, 2018. Betty was born December 28, 1936 in Dallas, Texas to M. D. and Grace West. Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Ernest Mayfield; daughters, Donna Rogers and husband Sam, Sharon Bolluyt and Husband Jeff; granddaughter Michelle Cooksey and husband Alec; great-granddaughter, Ella Cooksey; Granddaughter, Kristen Dupree and husband Joseph and great-granddaughter, Olivia Dupree. A private service will be held for Betty on Thursday.
