Morris, 96, born October 3, 1923, in Van Alstyne, Texas, passed away October 9, 2019 in Garland, Texas.Betty was preceded in death by her father, James Walden Redd, mother, Theresa Edna Redd, brother, Rick Redd, Speedy Redd, Homer Redd, Gene Redd, James Ralph Redd, J.W. Jr., Sisters, Mellie Ola, Opal Christine, Paulline, newphew, John Lewis White, niece, Donna Kay Redd Schafer, grandsons, Brett Harrison and Lance Walker.Survived by son, Joy Michael Harrison, daughters, Caprice Liaboe, Della Biggs and Cheryl Morris, grandchildren, Clay Harrison, Shawn Harrison, Cole Zachary, Dusty Zachary, Jason Biggs, John Biggs, Carrie Rightmire and Shane Ross, great-grandchildren, Nickolie Bonds, Dillon Rose, Bennet Harrison, Beckett Harrison, and Jacob Rightmire.Family request donation in lieu of flowers be made to St. Jude Hospital in Betty’s name.Funeral Service will be held Thursday, October 17, 2019 at Restland Funeral Home, Memorial Chapel, at 11:00 a.m… Visitation will be held Wednesday, October 16, 2019 at Restland Funeral Home from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m… Burial will be at Restland Memorial Park.
