Betty Ann Ritchie, 80 of Dallas, Texas passed away on April 05, 2019 in Dallas, Texas of a long time illness. Betty is preceded in death by her parents, David and Pauline Whitaker; and numerous brothers and sisters.Betty was born to David and Pauline Whitaker on December 09, 1938 in Kaufman, Texas. She married Dale Ritchie on April 16, 1954 in Dallas, Texas. Betty was in the banking business from the mid 60’s till 2009 when she retired. She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Dale Ritchie; daughter, Terri Thomas and husband, Jerry of Garland, Texas; son, Michael Ritchie and wife, Kim of Combine, Texas; four grandchildren, James Hamaker, Alicia Sims, Haven Ritchie and Lacee Ritchie and four great grandchildren, Jorge Ramirez, Karla Ramirez, Mariah Ramirez and Liberty Hamaker.The visitation for Betty will be from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at Restland Funeral Home.The funeral service for Betty will be at 10:00 AM on Thursday, April 11, 2019 in The Wildwood Chapel at Restland Funeral Home.
