Jan, forgive me if this is not my old Girl Scout buddy from childhood. I noticed the Silk last name in the paper, and just wanted to express my condolences. I lost my mom about 10 years ago and have since been sensitive to another's grief. I think of the effort that both of our parents made to keep our friendship active, with a smile. Take care, and hope that we can grab a time for lunch in the new year–Claire King Hale.
