Betty Zane Smith's Obituary
Betty Zane Smith, 80, entered into rest Thursday, June 2, 2016. Betty was born March 31, 1936 in Tallassee, Alabama to the late Grady and Vera Nail. She was a Mother, Grandmother and homemaker. In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her son, David Smith; her sisters, Athalia Kendall and Lora Canupp, and her brother, Harold Nail. Betty’s memory will forever be treasured by her son, Terry (Kathy) Smith of Kathleen, Georgia; daughter, Debra Smith of Tellico Plains, Tennessee; her grandchildren, Marcus (Sonja) Smith of Burnet, Texas, Crystal (Buddy) Hardin of Houston, Texas, Justin Smith of Westminster, Maryland, and Ryan Alexander of China, Britni (Jerry) Robinson of Durant, Oklahoma and Chris Smith of Dallas, North Carolina. Graveside services will be held on Monday, June 6th at Restland Funeral Home in Dallas Texas. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243.
