Joan "Memaw" York was born 8/7/1935 in Kaufman TX. and passed 1/21/2025 in Forney, TX. Her hometown was Garland, TX. She was married to Dwight York who proceeded her in death in April of 1996. She was a housewife and Mother.
They had 5 children - Carl, Debra, Carla, Gail, and Wayne. They had 16 grandkids, 50 Great Grandkids, and 38 Great Great Grandkids. Mom loved to Laugh, Sing, Dance and be Silly. She loved ALL type of animals, 4 legged or 2 legged and
She enjoyed traveling. She has 1 Surviving brother.
Those of you who knew her will agree that she probably stopped at the rainbow bridge before going on to heaven. She will be GREATLY MISSED.
