Bettye Bobbitt Tiffany's Obituary
Bettye Bobbitt Tiffany age 93 of Carrollton, TX born in 1930 in Highland Park, TX to Marshall D. Bobbitt and Margaret Loomis Bobbitt, passed away on June 23rd, 2024.
Bettye married James S. Tiffany on May 28th, 1984. In her youth, Bettye was an accomplished pianist winning many ribbons for her talents. Graduating from Highland Park High School, she was a strong willed and passionate woman, who loved life and lived it to the fullest. She will be remembered for her love of travel, reading, old Hollywood classic movies, as well as her love of a variety of music.
Bettye is preceded in death by her husband, James S. Tiffany; parents, Marshall D. Bobbitt and Margaret Loomis Bobbitt; brother, Marshall R. Bobbitt; sister, Blanche Murray; Aunt, Gladys L. Richardson; and former husband, Richard Bowen.
Bettye is survived by her sons, Todd Hefley and Richard Bowen; daughters, Edith Lee and Margaret Reeves; stepdaughters, Barbara Bledsoe and Camille Magness; grandchildren, Bill Hefley, Nina Zollo, Jeremy Bowen, Clay Lee, Kristen Bowen, and William Reeves; great-grandchildren, Sofia Zollo and Isabela Lee and niece, Lisa Georgalis.
Visitation is 9:30am - 11:30am on Friday June 28th, 2024, at Restland Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life is to follow at 2pm at her home in Carrollton. In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to the American Lung Association www.lung.org.
