Beulah Fay Walker's Obituary
Walker, Beulah Fay was born on November 20, 1934 in Hartville, Missouri to Clifford and Hazel Dunn. Beulah went to be with our Lord on April 20, 2013. Beulah spent her childhood in Hartville and graduated from Hartville High School, where her father was the principal, before moving to Oklahoma City. There, she went to work for Varityper Corporation, where she met and married her husband, Robert Walker. The couple had 2 daughters, Rhonda and Lorna, and then moved to Richardson, Texas in 1972. Beulah began working as a secretary at Richardson Heights Baptist Church. She was the receptionist and then became the music secretary, where she worked faithfully until her retirement. Beulah spent time after retirement caring for her 2 grandchildren, Daniel and Gina and spending time at her lake house at Lake Texoma. Beulah was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Walker; brother, Don Dunn; and her parents. She is survived by her daughters, Rhonda Walker and Lorna Salgado; son-in-law, Randy Salgado; grandchildren, Daniel Salgado and Gina Salgado; several nieces and nephews; brothers and sisters-in-law, and many friends. Beulah’s kindness and gentleness will leave a lasting impact on many lives. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Thursday, April 25, 2013 at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Friday, April 26, 2013 at The Heights Baptist Church.
