Beverly June Copeland's Obituary
Reunited with her husband and family in heaven on May 21, 2025. Beverly led a full life loving family and friends. Born March 27, 1939, to Orville Cole and Onita Merriman. Raised on a farm in the Dallas area with her brother Billy Merriman. She graduated from Garland High School in 1957. Beverly began working at a movie theater when popcorn was 10 cents. Later she worked for a Garland bank, and a radio station in College Station. After getting married and having 2 kids, she became a secretary. In November, 1975, she married John Copeland and they combined families of 5 children. Beverly lived a blessed life full of fun and travel. She was a great decorator and party planner. She enjoyed her last several years organizing special events at The Bonaventure where she lived with dear friends.
Memorial services will be Monday, June 9, 2025 at Restland’s Memorial Chapel, 10:30 am. Interment of Beverly and John will be shortly after services at the grave site nearby.
