Beverly June Mays' Obituary
MAYS, BEVERLY JUNE CARR passed away on June 11, 2013 in Duncanville, TX after a short battle with cancer. She was born in Mt. Pleasant, TX on November 9, 1948. Beverly is the daughter of June Carr and the late R.B. Carr. She is survived by her mother; her husband, Gary; step daughter, Erin; step granddaughter, Avery; her brother, Greg Carr; sister and brother-in-law, Diane and Luke Deal; sister and brother-in-law, Mike and Lynne Overstreet; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Beverly touched the lives of many in the Arlington School District, where she retired on December 31, 2003 after 35 years of teaching. She had a great outlook on life. She spent her last few months enjoying the company of her family, her friends and her lifelong MV girlfriends.
