Bill Bellar's Obituary
A bright and generous light no longer burns here. Bill Bellar, formerly of Denton, joined his Mom and Dad in heaven January 4, 2024. Bill was born in Denton to Carolyn and Felton Bellar, July 6, 1946. He attended Denton schools, graduating from Denton High in 1964. Bill’s early OJT was in his Father’s station, Bellar Fina, off the square, which prepared him for a 40 year career with Bridgestone/Firestone. He started in Dallas, later moving to Utah, retiring to Las Vegas. Bill is survived by his loving wife, Judy, of Las Vegas, son, Adam, of Palm Springs, brother Dan and wife Becky of Denton and nephew, Joshua, cousins Jim and wife Belinda Bellar, Tom and wife Pat Carothers and Barbara Terry of Houston.
