Billie Eva Brashear was born April 18, 1935 in Ballinger, Texas to Bill and Eva Hamilton. She passed away from this life on January15, 2019. Billie loved her family and was a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church in Mesquite.She was preceded in death by her husband Wayne and is survived by her son, David Brashear; daughter, Donna Brashear;two Grandchildren, Dan Brashear and his wife Sarah and Sarah Brashear and her spouse Tim Waite and by one Great-Grandchild, Quinn Brashear.The celebration of Billie’s life will be held at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, January 20, 2019 in Restland’s Abbey Chapel.In lieu of flowers please make donations to Our Savior Lutheran Church, 411 N Town E Blvd, Mesquite, TX 75150.
