COTTER, BILLIE JEAN Born December 5, 1930 in Nashville, Arkansas and passed away December 19, 2012 in Dallas, Texas. Preceded in death by her husband, Lyndon Cotter; and son, Hershel Bullock. Survived by son, Lyndon Cotter, Jr.; grandson, Hershel Bullock, Jr.; great granddaughter, Lani Bullock; and sister, Mildred O’Rear. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00pm, Friday, December 21, 2012 at Restland Funeral Home. Services will be held at 3:00pm, Saturday, December 22, 2012 at Restland Wildwood Chapel. Interment will be held at 10:15am, Monday, December 24, 2012 at DFW National Cemetery.
